What is the Member Engagement & Experience Symposium?
The Member Engagement & Experience Symposium is a master class for professionals in health plans, provider groups, and related sectors looking to optimize member outreach and improve satisfaction.
Who Shares the Stage?
Each year, the symposium features speakers who are leading voices in member engagement, quality, analytics, and strategic growth. Past presenters include executives and experts from health plans, provider organizations, consulting firms, and technology partners. You'll hear from leaders in Stars operations, CAHPS strategy, risk adjustment, behavioral science, and member experience innovation.

What are the registration rates?
For the 2025 event, rates ranged by attendee type from $850–$2,450. Stay tuned for details on the 2026 event.
Are group discounts available?
